We're looking for a commercially minded Performance & Insights Manager to help drive strategic decision-making across our Advice & Customer business. In this highly visible role, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights, enhance reporting through automation, and partner with senior leaders to improve business performance and execution.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver business performance reporting and strategic insights across the Advice & Customer business.
- Design, build and continuously improve automated reporting solutions using Power BI and advanced Excel.
- Develop high-quality management and Board reporting that supports informed and timely decision-making.
- Analyse business performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support annual and quarterly business planning through forecasting, scenario modelling and performance analysis.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and measure strategic initiative effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality and operational efficiency.
- Produce ad hoc analysis and insights to support key business initiatives and executive requests.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders with clarity and confidence.
- Champion a data-driven culture by promoting evidence-based decision making across the business.
What you'll bring
- 5+ years' experience in business performance, commercial insights, strategy, business management or a similar analytical role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Analytics or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical and commercial problem-solving capability within a complex corporate or consulting environment.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills, with experience developing dashboards, reports and financial or operational models.
- Experience preparing executive and Board-level reporting.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial and operational performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
- Experience within financial services or superannuation will be highly regarded.
- Previous Business Management experience is advantageous but not essential.
