The opportunity to join our team
We’re seeking a Manager, Enablement to join the Member Office to support the Enablement portfolio, including FAR, regulatory commitments and APRA Licence Condition requirements. You will work closely with the Senior Manager and General Manager, Enablement, to ensure compliance and that the Member Office operates consistent with the Trustees’ best financial interests duty.
In this role, you will build strong relationships across the business, provide oversight on regulatory deliverables, and contribute to initiatives that enhance member outcomes. You will also champion the Trustee’s fiduciary responsibilities and influence processes that safeguard organisational integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meeting regulatory compliance obligations under the Financial Accountability Regime, including documentation, accountability maps, and APRA/internal reporting requirements
- Track and monitor FAR-related risks, incidents, and breaches
- Monitor completion of Member Office regulatory commitments, including the sustainability of Project Lighthouse (APRA Licence Condition implementation) initiatives
- Prepare reports and contribute to compliance frameworks and processes
- Advocate for the fiduciary role of the Trustee, including conflict management and exercising delegated authorities
- Deliver other responsibilities as directed by the General Manager, Enablement
What you will bring:
- Experience and understanding of financial services, superannuation, or wealth management
- Knowledge of APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements for superannuation trustees and funds
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with excellent stakeholder management capability
- Ability to produce high-quality deliverables under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Experience navigating complex or changing environments and driving improvements across teams
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and in cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational values, objectivity, and a member-focused mindset
