We’re looking for a Manager – Member Delivery to support our Head of Member Delivery and play a key role in enhancing member outcomes across insurance, investments, and advice within our master trust and wrap platforms. This role is crucial in helping shape meaningful member outcomes and champion their best interests. Join us on our journey to simplify, strengthen governance, and deliver lasting impact. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Support the RSEL Boards and Committees in delivering their workplans and member offerings 

  • Review and contribute to high-quality reports and papers on insurance, investments, and advice-related activities 

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and member experience 

  • Ensure decisions are fair and in the best interests of members across classes 

  • Contribute insights into the performance of service providers and oversee portfolio accountabilities, including members’ best financial interests, conflicts management, and outsourced contracts 

  • Advocate for the fiduciary responsibilities of the Trustee across Insignia Financial 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Proven extensive experience in insurance, investments, advice, or superannuation governance 

  • Strong technical knowledge of the superannuation industry and regulatory frameworks (SIS Act, Corporations Act, APRA/ASIC standards) 

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills 

  • Ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes in environments undergoing significant change 

  • Curious, collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement, ethics, and diversity
