The opportunity to join our team
As our Data Integrity & Enablement Manager, you’ll own the tools and frameworks that govern data quality and usability across the business, playing a key role in how data supports decisions, products, and performance.
You’ll lead our use of platforms like Informatica and Collibra, work with best-in-class engineers and analysts, and help shape how data products are built, maintained, and governed. It's a hands-on, systems-focused role, ideal for someone with strong SQL, ETL, and data pipeline experience who’s ready to step up into platform ownership and influence.
Key areas of this role include:
- Drive data quality – Profile, validate, and monitor data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and trust.
- Define data rules and standards – Work with stewards and engineers to establish definitions, quality thresholds, and business rules.
- Own data tooling – Manage and optimise key governance platforms like Informatica MDM, Collibra, and supporting tools.
- Build proactive controls – Design audits, monitoring frameworks, and remediation routines to catch issues early.
- Write advanced SQL – Develop complex queries for validation, transformation, and reporting across datasets.
- Champion data governance – Assist in the rollout of enterprise standards and align practices across business domains.
- Act as SME and connector – Bridge business and technical teams, serving as the go-to expert for all things data integrity.
- Improve data products – Ensure solutions are usable, well-documented, and delivering meaningful business value.
What You Bring to This Role
To be successful in this role you would have worked across analytics or engineering roles and understand how data tools, pipelines, and governance connect. You’re technical enough to write solid SQL and insightful enough to help the business trust its data.
- Deep experience in data analytics, engineering, or application/data support roles.
- Proficient in SQL, with experience in data warehousing, ETL pipelines, and BI/reporting integration.
- Proven experience managing or supporting enterprise data tools (e.g. Informatica, Collibra, Alex Solutions).
- Experience with metadata management, data modelling, and data lineage tracking.
- Confident managing data issues from profiling through to root cause resolution.
- Comfortable owning tooling, service levels, and end-to-end system performance.
- Strong communicator, being able to translate between technical teams and business units.
- Organised, thorough, and proactive, able to balance hands-on technical tasks with system-wide thinking.
