In this role, you’ll work across the engineering community to simplify delivery, uplift capability, and make building and deploying code secure and seamless. A connector, a coach, a catalyst - you’ll be trusted to challenge the norm, try new things, and lead change. We’re not in maintenance mode, there’s real work to do and space to shape what great looks like here.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and track engineering performance metrics to identify blockers and drive continuous improvement
• Improve developer experience by streamlining workflows, automation, and tooling
• Lead technical alignment through strategy, roadmaps, and scalable solutions
• Drive adoption of best practices, coding standards, and secure-by-default engineering processes
• Create an environment where experimentation, exploration, and learning can thrive
• Build strong networks across teams, mentoring engineers and supporting capability uplift

What you will bring

We’re looking for someone who hasn’t just been around the block - but has redesigned the block to work better for engineers. A curious, bold, and quietly brilliant Lead Engineer who’s ready to help lift the engineering game across the enterprise. Someone who could easily do the work themselves but chooses to lead instead. Someone who knows the tech and knows how to connect the humans behind it.

We’d love to see:

• Proven extensive experience in software engineering, with recent thought leadership in large-scale environments
• Experience setting engineering strategy and lifting performance at org level
• A track record of building strong networks and being “that person” who gets things moving
• Comfortable navigating across AI, DevOps, SRE, and platform spaces
• Knows how to spot friction and fix it - with scalable, secure, modern solutions
• Naturally curious, loves learning, and brings that energy to every team they work with
