The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our Workplace Services team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a critical part in supporting the technology our people rely on every day, from laptops and mobile devices through to meeting rooms, Teams Rooms and Audio Visual (AV) technology.

With a strong focus on AV and collaboration technology, you'll ensure our meeting spaces run seamlessly while supporting new technology deployments and enhancing the workplace technology experience.

You'll gain exposure to a broad range of technologies including Windows and Mac environments, JAMF, ServiceNow and collaboration platforms, while building strong relationships across Technology and the broader business. It's a highly visible role where you'll see the impact of your work every day, work alongside a collaborative team and have the opportunity to continuously learn and develop your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support meeting room technology, AV equipment and collaboration platforms
  • Provide hands-on support across workplace technology, hardware, software and end-user systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Windows, macOS, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Manage support requests and deliver a high-quality support experience for employees
  • Support technology deployments, upgrades and workplace technology initiatives
  • Maintain documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across support services

What you will bring

You're a collaborative, customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others succeed. You bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills and genuinely enjoy working with people.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in IT support, desktop support or workplace technology environments
  • Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the business
  • Strong experience supporting Audio Visual (AV), meeting room and collaboration technologies, including Polycom and Crestron devices
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows, macOS and mobile devices
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow or a similar IT Service Management platform
  • Exposure to JAMF would be highly regarded
  • Experience using AI tools in the workplace, with a curiosity for leveraging new technology to work smarter and more efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • A willingness to learn, share knowledge and contribute to a positive team culture
