In this senior leadership role, you’ll ensure effective delivery planning, governance, and performance across a complex portfolio of initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive alignment, transparency, and accountability—ultimately supporting efficient delivery and better outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead strategic delivery planning and portfolio alignment
  • Oversee roadmap, dependencies, and resource planning
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks and performance reporting
  • Monitor delivery health, risks, and benefits realisation
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews and analytics
  • Leverage AI and data to accelerate decision-making
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on delivery performance and trade-offs
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3 project managers

 

What you will bring: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in program management, portfolio governance, or strategic delivery leadership
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant business discipline
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery methodologies
  • Proven experience in delivery planning and governance
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in delivery metrics and reporting tools
  • Experience in resource management and benefits tracking
  • Commitment to delivering excellence in member and investor outcomes
