  • Shape and deliver enterprise leadership, talent and learning strategy to build a high‑performance, values‑led culture
  • Design and run leadership development end‑to‑end: programs that embed the Leadership Promise, at‑scale coaching, and facilitation for audiences from Executives to employees.
  • Embed the system: build feedback frameworks / processes for sustained behaviour change, contribute to succession/talent reviews & workforce capability planning, and support learning (incl. compliance/mandatory) using metrics and enabling tech.
  • Location: Sydney or Melbourne preferred but other locations may be considered

 

About the Role
The Head of Organisational Development is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering leadership, talent, and learning strategies across the organisation in partnership with Executives, Leaders, employees, People & Culture stakeholders such as HR Business Partners and Performance and Rewards. Reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Development, you’ll work alongside a lean OD team to design and deliver leadership, talent and learning strategies that embed a high‑performance, values‑led culture and lift capability for the future.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and deliver enterprise leadership development that embeds our Leadership Promise and lifts capability across all levels.
  • Design and implement at‑scale coaching, governance, tracking and impact measurement.
  • Create and manage feedback frameworks and processes that support leadership insight, development planning and sustained behaviour change.
  • Partner on talent management (succession and talent reviews), drive talent maturation, identify critical roles/capabilities, and support workforce capability planning.
  • Oversee learning program design, delivery and evaluation, embed values / behaviours, use metrics to optimise impact, and support compliance / mandatory learning alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops and learning experiences from Executive Leadership to frontline teams.
  • Lead and manage leadership/learning/talent technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Learning).

 

What you will bring:

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, a collaborative mindset, and a strong delivery track record of successful programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 10+ years’ experience across OD / leadership development / talent / learning, delivering measurable, high‑impact initiatives.
  • A clear ability to set strategy and execute—you can translate business objectives into actionable OD plans and land them.
  • Advanced facilitation and strong stakeholder partnering/influence skills.
  • Strong grounding in leadership theory, talent practices and adult learning principles, plus comfort using data/metrics.
  • Tech fluency in enabling talent/learning/leadership solutions.
  • Tertiary qualification (or equivalent) in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field.
