As the Head of AI Adoption & Transformation, you will lead Insignia Financials’ enterprise AI transformation strategy, driving the adoption, behavioural change and workforce transition needed to create lasting business value.

 

You will:

  • Define and evolve our enterprise AI transformation strategy and multi-year roadmap
  • Design future ways of working that combine human expertise with AI capabilities
  • Lead enterprise-wide change, adoption and workforce transformation programs
  • Build AI capability, literacy and learning pathways across all levels of the organisation
  • Drive organisational redesign, role evolution and workforce readiness initiatives
  • Establish measures that track adoption, engagement and behavioural change
  • Create compelling communication and engagement strategies that build confidence and momentum
  • Lead a high-performing team focused on change, learning, communications and adoption


What You Bring to This Role

We're looking for a transformational leader who understands that successful AI adoption is as much about people as it is technology.


You'll bring:

  • Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, organisational change or workforce strategy initiatives
  • Deep understanding of how AI, automation and agentic technologies are reshaping work
  • Experience designing future operating models, workforce capability programs and adoption strategies
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
  • A passion for AI and curiosity about how the workforce will evolve over the coming decade
  • The ability to simplify complex concepts and bring people on the journey
