The opportunity to join our team

We have an exciting opportunity for a Governance Co-ordinator to join our Operations and Partnerships team within the Master Trust business. In this role, you will support the delivery of an effective governance framework, ensuring strong oversight, risk awareness and compliance across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and external service providers to coordinate governance forums, reporting and actions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structure, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement in a complex financial services environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative functions related to policy development and review
  • Support the Operations & Partnerships leadership team in managing governance forums
  • Prepare and manage agendas, minutes, actions and papers for Boards and Committees
  • Track and manage actions, matters arising, reports and presentations
  • Provide governance-related communication and administrative support
    upport uplift of risk culture through effective governance practices
  • Develop and maintain a “one source of truth” for Master Trust governance materials
  • Work with external service providers to support joint governance requirements
  • Support expenditure approvals, business cases, travel and expense administration

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience developing high-quality business reporting with meaningful insights
  • Strong governance or operations experience within complex organisations
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating forums, agendas and minute taking
  • Strong SharePoint skills, including site setup and document management
  • Experience managing incidents, issues and remediation activities
  • A continuous improvement mindset across processes and governance frameworks
  • Ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders and leadership forums
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to risk management and compliance obligations
