The opportunity to join our team
We’re seeking an engaging and influential General Manager, Organisational Development to lead the evolution of our leadership, culture, and capability agenda at Insignia Financial.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and partnering closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership team, this role is pivotal in embedding our high-performance culture across the enterprise. You’ll be at the heart of our transformation journey, helping shape purpose-led, high-performing teams.
About the role
In this enterprise-wide senior leadership role, you will:
- Uplift Leadership capability by leading the embedding of our leadership expectations across the organisation.
- Enable Cultural transformation by overseeing our high performance culture strategy, ensuring the delivery of key leadership, culture and capability priorities. This includes monitoring progress and adapting as required to ensure we are transforming towards our target state.
- Drive Employee Engagement momentum supporting our vision of being a great place to work by 2030.
- Embed Talent Management practices to enable growth and succession of our people.
- Advance our Diversity, Equity and Belonging strategy
- Identify and address capability gaps by delivering targeted learning solutions . This can involve enterprise wide priorities, (e.g. becoming an AI enabled organisation) or business unit specific needs (e.g. job family or skillset specific needs within the business)
- Coach and influence senior leaders and teams to drive behavioural and mindset change.
- Lead and coach across the P&C function to drive high performance.
What you will bring
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in a senior leadership organisational development role.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business / Human resource related discipline.
- A proven track record in delivering leadership, culture and capability outcomes that enable a high performance.
- Experience embedding enterprise-wide capability uplift initiatives which have improved organisational performance and efficacy.
- Proven ability to lead through transformation and uplift OD maturity across the P&C function.
- Strong leadership presence and credibility to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
- A thoughtful, pragmatic, and commercially grounded approach to organisational development.
- Adaptive and creative thinking, with the ability to tailor solutions to our evolving environment.
- A mature coaching style and collaborative mindset.
