Join Insignia Financial as a Finance Lead, where you will play a key role in managing critical financial processes that help shape our strategic direction. This role offers broad exposure across the business, allowing you to collaborate with senior stakeholders and contribute to Group financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis. Working closely with a supportive and high-performing team, you will take ownership of key processes while managing competing deadlines and delivering valuable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production of monthly financial reports and providing commentary and analysis on financial performance and underlying business drivers.
• Manage and support key processes in the production of the half year and full year results announcements.
• Manage and support key processes in the production of quarterly forecasting and the annual 3 Year Plan.
• In conjunction with the Finance Business Partner team, manage financial performance in line with agreed targets, including ongoing management of financial risks and opportunities.
• Identify and lead change across the broader Planning and Performance function.
• Support the Head of Planning and Reporting with adhoc outputs e.g. analysis and processes.

What you will bring

• Accounting qualifications (CA / CPA) preferred but not essential
• 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Financial Services, and in a similar finance partnering or group reporting and planning role
• Strong Excel skills to develop and maintain forecast models
• Strong PowerPoint skills to draft presentation slides
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic outcome driven environment
• Demonstrated ability to lead processes, work collaboratively across teams and influence outcomes
