The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Event & Contracts Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month max-term contract. In this role, you’ll support the execution of key client engagement initiatives by managing the logistics and operational elements of events and vendor relationships. This includes everything from contract management to travel coordination and post-event reporting. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts and external vendors to deliver seamless and impactful event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events, including registrations, travel, and accommodation
- Manage the team’s event calendar in line with strategic priorities and budget
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align event content and expectations
- Oversee vendor contracts and onboarding, ensuring compliance with procurement policies
- Prepare pre- and post-event communications and ensure accurate attendee tracking
- Maintain post-event reporting and dashboards to capture key engagement metrics
What you will bring:
- Experience in event coordination, operations, or administration, ideally in Financial Services or a regulated environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator with the ability to engage senior stakeholders professionally
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a broader team
- Proactive and flexible, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with procurement, finance or CRM systems is an advantage
