Insignia Financial is at an exciting stage in our AI journey. We've developed strong foundations and are now scaling up a purpose-built AI Centre of Excellence - deliberately, with intent, from the ground up. This isn’t AI for the sake of AI.  We've taken a governance-first approach and locked in our policies and framework. Now we’re moving to execution and meaningful growth. Backed by Insignia Financials’ vision of being AI enabled and becoming one of the most efficient companies in Australia by 2030, we’re investing in the infrastructure that matters - enterprise-ready services, microservice architecture, and embedded AI capabilities that enhance how the business operates. We’re cutting through the hype and taking a disciplined, business-led approach to AI adoption, focused on building scalable, practical AI that delivers.

The opportunity to join our team

Deliver the rollout of AI education across Insignia Financial, driving awareness, fluency, and best practices for AI adoption. This role is fundamental in differentiating Insignia through two strategic levers: data-driven AI and an educated workforce. You’ll design and deliver training programs, manage content platforms, and champion ethical, secure, and productive AI use across the organisation.

You’ll drive AI learning at Insignia - building capability, safeguarding the business, and boosting productivity. If shaping the future of AI education and positioning Insignia as a leader excites you, this is your opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute training modules, workshops, and demos for end-users on AI tools, prompting techniques, ethics, and security
  • Oversee LinkedIn Learning plans, SharePoint content, and other training resources. Maintain a central library of AI education materials for employees, advisors, and executives
  • Work closely with L&D, Communications, Change, and AI teams, plus external partners, to ensure consistent messaging and delivery
  • Organise showcases, seminars, and internal campaigns to build excitement and confidence in AI adoption
  • Develop metrics and insights on AI fluency and training effectiveness
  • Provide training and guidance during new AI product launches

What you will bring

  • Experience in L&D or similar role, ideally with exposure to AI adoption
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills for large, geographically dispersed audiences
  • Experience with content management systems (SharePoint, Confluence)
  • Familiarity with training platforms (LinkedIn Learning or similar)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative edge
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple teams
  • High proficiency in using AI tools for productivity (e.g., Copilot Chat)
  • Bonus: Previous experience in AI education or rollout projects
