Disclosure Specialist - Keystone
SYDNEY, NSW, AU, 2000
- Make your move. Make your mark
- Put your fingerprints on the future to progress your career
- Make a difference, make it meaningful
The opportunity to join our team
Here’s your chance to make a real impact. We’re after a Disclosure Specialist who knows Objective Keystone inside out, not just how it works, but how to make it work for you. Someone who can take complex content and turn it into clear, compliant, on-brand comms that land.
You’ll join a small but mighty Product Comms team shaping regulated documents thousands rely on. You’ll be the Keystone expert, owning the process end-to-end, drafting, reviewing, publishing, and working closely with stakeholders across product, legal, marketing, and tech.
You’ll get real ownership, the flexibility to work how you work best, and a team that values quality, supports growth, and is always looking for better ways to do things.
Day by day you’ll be:
- Creating, updating, and finalising disclosure documents (think PDS) via Keystone or graphic design workflow
- Owning the process end-to-end, from drafting to approvals to publishing
- Running walk-throughs with stakeholders and gathering feedback (legal, product & technical)
- Reviewing and proofing with precision - grammar, formatting, compliance
- Ensuring brand and writing guidelines are followed to the letter (and the pixel)
- Keeping governance tight, detailed records, consistent output, and shared content aligned
What you will bring
We’re after someone who can hit the ground running, confident in Keystone, calm under pressure, and able to navigate the messiness that comes with content, compliance and comms in a regulated world.
You’ll bring:
- Proven hands-on experience with Objective Keystone, this one’s non-negotiable
- A background in Super, Insurance or Investments, or another regulated industry
- Sharp stakeholder management skills - you know how to listen, influence, and keep things moving
- Strong attention to detail and a high bar for quality - you spot inconsistencies others miss
- A solid understanding of branding, tone of voice, and how to write for real people
- Bonus points for technical or analytical capability (SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx), but not essential
