The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic Digital Media Manager to lead the planning and execution of digital media campaigns across multiple platforms and brands. You’ll play a key role in driving new business acquisition through innovative and cost-efficient media strategies. This role offers the chance to work closely with internal and external stakeholders, manage end-to-end campaigns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital media approach. You’ll also ensure compliance with marketing regulations and help shape the future of digital media within the wealth financial sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations and performance of paid search accounts across MLC, Plum, and IOOF brands.
  • Develop, implement and optimise paid digital media strategies to drive acquisition growth.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to align media strategies with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover insights and identify new media opportunities.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution including setup, optimisation and performance analysis.
  • Track, forecast and report on media investment and campaign performance.
  • Embed a test-and-learn approach to continuously refine media strategies.
  • Manage budgets, financial forecasting and marketing risk in line with company policies and governance frameworks.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes.

 

What you will bring:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital media trading, either agency or client-side
  • Proven expertise in Display, Video, SEM and Social media trading
  • Google qualified with experience in Search Ads 360 bid management
  • Proficiency in trading platforms such as Google Marketing Platform and AdWords
  • Skilled in third-party tracking and ad serving technologies
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects confidently
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
