The opportunity to join our team
As Digital Designer, you will be a key member of our Creative Studio, focused on delivering high-performing digital assets with a strong emphasis on HTML5 banners and display advertising. Reporting to the Senior Creative & Design Lead, you’ll sit at the intersection of creative design, marketing strategy and digital performance. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, media, campaign and analytics teams to produce, test and optimise creative that not only looks great but converts. With a customer-first mindset, you’ll translate briefs into engaging, platform-optimised assets that align with brand positioning and acquisition goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape performance-driven creative in a fast-paced, data-informed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually compelling HTML5 banners, display ads and rich media assets aligned to brand and campaign objectives
- Develop digital assets including web pages, social graphics, landing pages, EDMs and programmatic display
- Build, export and dispatch HTML5 assets ready for ad servers and programmatic platforms
- Adapt creative across multiple formats, sizes and channels while maintaining brand consistency
- Collaborate with marketing, media and performance teams to align creative with campaign goals
- Apply A/B and multivariate testing methodologies to optimise creative performance
- Iterate quickly based on performance insights, engagement metrics and campaign data
- Use Figma as the primary design platform, leveraging Adobe Creative Suite, Google Studio and AI tools (including GenAI and Firefly) to drive speed and scale
- Maintain templates, components and design systems to enable efficient production workflows
- Stay current with digital advertising trends and recommend new approaches to improve engagement and acquisition
What you will bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in digital design with a strong focus on HTML5 banners and display advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and working knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Advanced experience using Figma for design, prototyping and collaborative workflows
- Experience with Google Studio and dynamic creative production processes
- Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and performance optimisation
- Proven experience designing acquisition-driven, conversion-focused campaigns
- Strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with motion, animation and interactive digital formats
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Experience working client side or within in-house creative teams preferred
