The opportunity to join our team

As Digital Content Producer & Video Content Creator, you will lead the creation of high-impact, video-first content across our digital and social channels. This is a hands-on role where you will concept, shoot, edit and publish platform-native video that captures attention and drives performance. You’ll translate brand, product and editorial ideas into engaging visual stories across short-form and long-form formats. Working within Brand, Creative & Experience, you’ll collaborate closely with marketers, designers and stakeholders to bring campaigns and always-on content to life.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create video-first content across social, web and campaign channels
  • Own end-to-end production: ideation, scripting, filming, editing and publishing
  • Adapt content to be platform-native across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
  • Plan and manage production schedules and delivery deadlines
  • Ensure brand, tone and quality standards are consistently met
  • Repurpose and version content to maximise reach and impact
  • Publish and optimise videos for performance across channels
  • Track results and refine creative based on insights

 

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in video content or digital production
  • Strong end-to-end filming and editing capability
  • Experience creating short-form social video
  • Confident visual storyteller with strong pacing instincts
  • Proficiency in tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut or After Effects
  • Understanding of social video performance drivers
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Test-and-learn, performance-focused mindset
  • Experience working client side or within in-house creative teams preferred
