After a major tech simplification and consolidation in 2024, we’re now in full build mode. New platforms. New partners. New ways of working. And a very real shift toward a client-led, digitally-enabled future.
Now we’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead one of the most commercially critical pieces of that transformation: our Audience Activation capability.
This is a 12-month max term opportunity for someone who thrives on turning ambitious strategy into delivered, scalable outcomes, balancing pace with strong governance, compliance confidence and sound architectural foundations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of the Customer Data Platform and unified consent platform from discovery through to scaled activation
- Owning roadmap sequencing across identity resolution, data ingestion, profile unification, consent orchestration, segmentation and activation
- Ensuring tight alignment between business outcomes and technical delivery milestones
- Managing cross-stream dependencies across data engineering, integration, security and marketing technology
- Embedding agile practices and ceremonies that actually drive momentum
- Maintaining architectural integrity, regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment within a large transformation environment
What you will bring
You’re delivery-focused and commercially aware, able to connect technical execution to real business value, while keeping multiple streams moving in the same direction.
- Proven experience leading complex data or MarTech transformations as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager or Senior Project Manager
- Strong capability running multi-squad agile delivery within enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of modern marketing and data ecosystems, ideally including Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
- Confidence working across DevOps toolchains, CI/CD pipelines and broader SDLC practices
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-stream digital initiatives on time and within budget
- Strong grasp of data privacy, governance and compliance frameworks within regulated environments
