SYDNEY, NSW, AU, 2000 MELBOURNE, VIC, AU, 3008
- Lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide technology transformation
- Collaborate across multiple systems, integrations, and complex dependencies
- Deliver changes that enable members to improve their outcomes through accumulation and into retirement
The opportunity to join our team
We currently have an exciting opportunity to step into one of the most significant transformation programs in the organisation, where technology plays a critical role in enabling meaningful improvements to member outcomes across accumulation and helping set them up for a better retirement. In this role, you’ll lead complex, evolving delivery across multiple systems and integration points, helping simplify and uplift platforms in an environment with duplicative systems and high dependency on technology.
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, bringing structure to ambiguity, and delivering outcomes that matter. You’ll be part of a clearly defined, long-term transformation aligned to strategy, offering both immediate impact and a strong pathway into a broader multi-year change agenda.
Sitting at the centre of a complex transformation, you’ll work across multiple platforms to address duplication, improve alignment, and enable integrated solutions at scale. It is a hands-on leadership role without direct reports, focused on influence, coordination, and delivery outcomes.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery across complex initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned, integrated, and successfully implemented.
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery from planning through to implementation and transition to support
- Translate program objectives into structured, executable delivery plans, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate across multiple systems, cross-functional teams, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions at scale
- Oversee design, build, testing, release, and implementation to ensure quality, stability and readiness for production environments
- Manage risks, issues, and constraints, escalating where required to protect delivery timelines and outcomes
- Align delivery with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational standards
- Drive collaboration across business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and delivery teams to ensure alignment
- Support release readiness, environment coordination, and deployment planning to enable seamless implementation across complex system landscapes
- Monitor and report on progress, financials, and resourcing to provide clear visibility and support informed decisions
- Contribute to continuous improvement in delivery practices and governance
What You Bring to This Role
You are an experienced delivery leader who thrives in complex environments and knows how to bring structure to large-scale enterprise change, translating strategy into executable delivery.
- Proven experience leading complex, enterprise scale technology delivery across multi-system environments
- Strong track record managing large transformation initiatives with multiple integrations and dependencies
- Experience working across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and external vendors
- Solid understanding of the full software delivery lifecycle, including testing, release, and production considerations, with a focus on quality, stability and operational readiness
- Ability to manage competing priorities, risks, and timelines in a fast-moving environment
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models
- Understanding of architecture, integration, and enterprise delivery considerations
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability in complex scenarios
If you’re looking for a role where you can lead complex technology change and see the direct impact of your work on members’ financial futures, this is a genuinely meaningful opportunity.
