  • Manage and grow a team of 5+ while shaping how we use data to drive CRM success

The opportunity to join our team

We’re starting a major transformation of our Enterprise CRM capability — consolidating 20+ legacy CRMs into a single enterprise platform. The initial focus will be the setup of Enterprise CRM foundations and the delivery of the Advice CRM before onboarding other business units. This is greenfield work: designing, delivering, and maintaining a CRM environment that will support our Advice business for years to come.

As a Delivery Lead CRM, you’ll provide hands-on leadership across strategy, delivery, and stakeholder management. You’ll prioritise the CRM roadmap, guide the backlog, and ensure the team delivers value consistently, while navigating a complex, highly regulated environment. Communication, influence, and energy are key — you’ll be the person who inspires the team and keeps multiple stakeholders aligned.

Why this role at Insignia Financial?

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping a single enterprise CRM for Advice, improving efficiency, reducing complexity, and creating a platform that empowers users and clients. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in how advice is delivered, while working in a collaborative, culture-first environment.

In this role, you’ll own CRM delivery from inception through to ongoing support, ensuring systems and teams deliver real value:

  • Ensure effective delivery and maintenance of CRM applications
  • Prioritise the CRM product roadmap and backlog in line with business strategy
  • Lead Discovery/Inception workshops and plan work with delivery teams
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and guide them through the digital delivery lifecycle
  • Establish delivery frameworks, planning, capacity management, and reporting on status, risks, and dependencies
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimise delivery velocity
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, business analysts, and testers

What You Bring to This Role

You’ll combine technical expertise, delivery experience, and leadership skills to drive CRM success:

  • Proven experience delivering large-scale CRM programs (MS Dynamics, Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong background in CRM data transformation and integrations
  • Experience managing teams in complex IT/digital environments
  • Solid delivery experience: Delivery Lead, CRM Architect, Implementation Lead, or Project Manager (5–7+ years)
  • Degree-qualified in Technology, Engineering, Finance, or Information Systems
  • Exposure to AI implementations within CRM is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, influence stakeholders, and energise teams

This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, values culture as much as capability, and knows how to use data and CRM platforms to deliver business value. If you want to lead transformative CRM work and make a real impact for Advice, we want to hear from you.
