The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for a Data Platform Engineer to join us on our journey to build and enhance modern, scalable data platforms that empower analytics, insights and better business outcomes across the enterprise. Working across modern data engineering technologies, you'll contribute to large-scale data solutions that support teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, enhance and support cloud-based data platforms, pipelines and data warehouse solutions
• Transform complex source data into trusted, high-quality assets that support reporting, analytics and business decision-making
• Develop and improve automated data processing, CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure solutions using modern data engineering tools and practices
• Partner with business, analytics and technology teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, reliable solutions
• Contribute to platform performance, security, governance and continuous improvement initiatives

What you will bring

We're looking for someone who's curious, collaborative and passionate about data engineering and modern cloud technologies.

You'll bring:

• Experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a similar technical discipline
• Hands-on experience designing, building and supporting scalable data platforms, pipelines and data processing solutions
• Strong Python and/or Java development skills, with experience building scalable data solutions
• Knowledge of data modelling, data warehousing, batch and streaming data processing, along with modern DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
