The opportunity to join our team

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Asset Management Distribution Data & Analytics team. You will combine quantitative and qualitative analysis with practical business support, providing insights and accurate data contributing to Institutional and Retail decisions. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and the ability to follow up across all levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Research Manager team administer the research house ratings process for the business’ Asset Management products
  • Prepare qualitative and quantitative responses to assist with the submission of Due Diligence Questionnaires submitted directly or through a portal system.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality responses for RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) aiding various distribution channels
  • Assist with managing the DDQ and RFP Content Library
  • Preparation of institutional client monthly and quarterly reports
  • Administration of the rebate calculation and payment process for managed funds held by institutional clients within retail products like SMAs
  • Handle inbound and outbound requests with third parties like research houses and external databases
  • Produce sales data reporting and insights to aid the institutional and retail distribution teams
  • Maintain and update proprietary databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Contribute to process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to broader Asset Management projects and initiatives as required

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in a similar role type
  • An understanding of managed funds, SMAs and retail platforms
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Experienced with MS Excel, eg large datasets, data manipulation, summarising and communicating findings with purpose
  • Technology and system savvy (a willingness to learn new systems)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management across multiple levels
  • Proactive, adaptive, and efficiency-focused mindset
  • Tertiary qualifications in a related field highly regarded
