The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for two experienced Communications Specialists to step into a fast-moving, highly regulated environment where what you write matters. You’ll be shaping how millions of members, advisers and employers experience major product and insurance changes. Driving understanding, trust and compliance when it counts.

If you know how to turn complex insurance and product change into clear, human communication and like seeing things through, you’ll thrive in this role.

You’ll be embedded in major Master Trust, insurance and product initiatives, owning communications end-to-end. From strategy and stakeholder alignment through to content creation, approvals, governance and delivery.

What you will be doing:

You’ll own communications for medium-to-large regulatory and strategic change, including:

  • Designing the communications approach for product and Master Trust initiatives
  • Creating clear, compliant and engaging communications for members, advisers and employers
  • Writing and managing content across web, flyers, letters and system-generated communications
  • Briefing design studios, coordinating website updates and overseeing collateral production
  • Leading end-to-end delivery — timelines, dependencies, approvals and publishing
  • Running due-diligence through the Comms Governance Hub
  • Partnering closely with Product, Insurance, Legal and Technology team
  • Raising and tracking work via Jira, collaborating in Confluence, and marking up content in Adobe

What you will bring

You’re comfortable operating in highly regulated environments and you’ve handled things like insurance rerates, policy changes, or major product update.

  • Strong experience in insurance, superannuation or investments
  • The ability to explain complex regulatory and product change
  • End-to-end ownership of communications — from strategy to delivery
  • Excellent writing, stakeholder management and judgement
  • Confidence working with Product, Insurance, Legal and Tech teams
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Adobe (preferred)
  • The ability to work independently
