The opportunity to join our team
We have an exciting opportunity for a senior change communications professional to support one of the organisation’s largest and most complex transformation programs. In this role, you will play a key part in a multi-year platform transformation, providing strategic change communications support and delivering end-to-end internal and external communications at pace. Working in a fast-moving environment, you will ensure change is communicated clearly, consistently and safely, with one aligned narrative landing across internal teams, customers and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Senior Change Communications Manager to plan and execute end-to-end change communications for a large-scale platform transformation.
- Developing and delivering integrated internal and external communication plans aligned to overall transformation strategy.
- Managing communications working groups across customer segments to ensure alignment and consistency.
- Creating and maintaining the change narrative, key messages and supporting materials across the initiative.
- Designing and delivering internal communications such as showcases, webinars, town halls, briefing packs, FAQs and intranet content.
- Supporting external communications for customers, advisers and employers in collaboration with Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
- Working closely with program, enterprise change, technology and vendor partners to stay aligned to delivery milestones.
- Engaging senior internal stakeholders and program leaders to drive clarity, confidence and commitment.
- Monitoring effectiveness of communications and adapting approach in a fast-moving environment.
What You Bring to This Role
This is a change communications role requiring depth of experience and confidence operating in complex environments. To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Extensive experience in senior-level change communications roles, either internal, external or both.
- A strong track record delivering communications for large-scale, complex transformation or technology programs.
- Experience working within Financial Services, Banking or regulated environments is highly regarded, although not essential.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to translate complex change into clear, engaging messages.
- Proven experience working at pace, managing multiple streams of work and competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders, program teams, Marketing and Corporate Affairs.
- A collaborative, pragmatic approach and the confidence to operate within high-profile change initiatives
