The opportunity to join our team
This role is within our Customer and Advice division, and is responsible for the design and building a workflow framework for the division using Agile principles, ensuring physical and digital marketing workflow tools are effectively utilised across the organisation. Oversee workflow across multiple divisions, fostering alignment, collaboration, and effective communication while applying Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative planning, flexibility and rapid delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate delivery risks, organise and run cross-functional planning sessions and track key performance indicators to monitor progress and provide management reporting.

What you will bring

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Project Planning.

Certifications in Business Planning, or Agile highly regarded
-
Training in Agile practices (workplace training acceptable)

Agile leadership capability – proven experience standing up Agile frameworks in a non-agile environment

Experience teaching, creating and managing agile methodology including Scums, Kanbans etc

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools such as Excel, JIRA, and Adobe

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and build strong relationships to influence change effectively

Experience driving change across a large organisation, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment focused on delivery
