- Bring structure to complexity - Break down ideas into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that empower delivery teams to move fast and with confidence
- Facilitate alignment and momentum (flow) - Lead workshops, ceremonies, and planning sessions that bring people together and keep delivery flowing
- Operate at pace in Agile - Support backlog prioritisation, iteration planning, and ongoing delivery tracking
- Drive smarter delivery - Support backlog prioritisation, track progress against BA plans, and identify opportunities — including emerging AI-driven improvements
- Champion value and outcomes - Ensure solutions are not just delivered, but deliver measurable impact and meet real user needs
- Continuously evolve - Grow your expertise across domain knowledge, tools, and modern delivery practices
What you will bring

- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A keen, resourceful problem-solving mindset
- Ability to quickly ramp up in complex business domains
- A genuine interest in solving business problems through technology-enabled outcomes
- Experience writing technical requirements for integration heavy initiatives and platforms (i.e. API/Microservices, data mappings, transformation, software currency remediation)
- Proficient with tools such as (JIRA, Confluence, NexusIQ, SonarQube, Qualys)
- Strong technical understanding with exposure to MongoDB Atlas, Kafka MSK, RabbitMQ and Elastic
- Experience with transformation program environments and vendor management
- Strong understanding of test cycles and demonstrated experience in supporting SIT, E2E, UAT and integration focused testing cycles.
