The opportunity to join our team
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong CRM domain knowledge to join our Client Channels Technology team. Reporting to the Delivery Lead – CRM, you’ll help translate complex business needs into CRM requirements that support transformation across the enterprise.
This role starts with a focus on our Advice division and will expand to support other areas of the business including asset management, operations, and wrap. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and turn them into structured CRM solutions. Your work will help define how data flows, how user journeys are supported, and how CRM can deliver value across the organisation.
You’ll bring structure and clarity to business analysis across CRM initiatives, with responsibilities including:
- Applying business analysis discipline to understand problems and define CRM requirements
- Leading discovery and documentation of functional and user story requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data sources, user journeys, and enterprise-wide CRM needs
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing backlogs, and supporting solution design
- Conducting data analysis to inform CRM structure and ensure alignment with business goals
- Supporting business readiness and change management across divisions
- Ensuring compliance with delivery governance and risk management standards
What You Bring to This Role
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong foundation in business analysis and a deep understanding of CRM systems and data:
- Deep business analysis experience, ideally in Agile environments
- Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Solid understanding of data structures and how they support CRM functionality
- Experience working on large-scale transformation programs
- Proficiency with tools like Visio (BPMN), MIRO, Jira, and Confluence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A structured and logical approach to requirements gathering and analysis
- A proactive mindset and a focus on continuous improvement
