The opportunity to join our team
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Asset Management Distribution Data & Analytics team. In this role you will work with large datasets to produce high-quality reporting, dashboards, and insights that inform decision-making across distribution and management teams. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity sourced from various proprietary systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency of outputs. You will also partner with key stakeholders across the business to respond to requests, deliver timely insights, and support ongoing reporting and client servicing needs. This role provides exposure to a broad range of Asset Management functions and is well suited to someone who enjoys working at the intersection of data, analytics, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce distribution and product reporting, including sales insights and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Extract, clean, and reconcile large datasets to ensure accurate and consistent reporting outputs
- Maintain and update proprietary databases and reporting tools
- Support preparation of Requests for Information (RFIs) from internal teams
- Deliver regular client and product reporting packs (monthly and quarterly)
- Assist with rebate calculations and payment processing support for managed funds and SMAs
- Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from stakeholders
- Support dashboard development, reporting automation, and continuous process improvements
What you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, mathematics, data, or related field
- Experience in data, reporting, analytics, or financial services support role
- Strong Excel skills with large datasets and data manipulation experience
- Exposure to Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with internal stakeholder engagement experience
- Proactive, organised and improvement-focused mindset
