The opportunity to join our team

This is a key opportunity for an Adviser Services Team Leader within Wrap Operations. In this role, you will lead a team of 12, ensuring service delivery consistently meets SLAs, quality standards and stakeholder expectations. You will drive operational excellence through effective workflow management, strong performance leadership and continuous improvement initiatives. Leading by example, you will foster a collaborative and accountable team culture while supporting advisers and clients through high-quality, compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day team performance and workflow allocation
• Ensure all tasks are completed within agreed SLAs and quality standards
• Drive continuous service and process improvement initiatives
• Manage incidents and proactively resolve issues with systems, processes and people
• Reduce controllable client complaints and remediation outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support timely decision-making and change implementation
• Build team capability and address skill gaps to reduce business risk
• Represent the team in meetings, providing clear updates and input

What you will bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in financial services or insurance operation
• Strong understanding of service delivery, SLAs and customer outcomes
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational and process improvements
• Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of personal and business risk products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical and practical problem-solving capability
• Sound understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements
