The opportunity to join our team

We're looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy professional to provide expert IT support to Insignia Financial staff. If you're passionate about IT and love solving problems, this is your chance to shine!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-level support for Insignia's systems and applications
  • Jump into the action with our Service Desk, remote support, call center, and site support teams as needed
  • Deliver "Client First" service in line with our core principles
  • Handle helpdesk escalations and work with both internal technical teams and external vendors for resolution
  • Keep procedures up to date and implement process improvements
  • Test and roll out new software to keep us ahead of the game

 

What you will bring

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused with a passion for IT. Motivation to learn and grow within the IT field.

 

  • Proven experience in an enterprise IT department, with a strong passion for customer service and technology
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Hands-on experience with remote support tools and excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
  • Expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, and Exchange, along with Office Suite proficiency
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and security applications
  • Experience with remote site support and backup software
