The opportunity to join our team 

Great opportunity to lead the client support and operational team in Perth. You will lead a large team of Senior Associate Advisers (SAA) Associate Advisors (AAs) and Client Service Managers (CSM) who provide high quality support and technical assistance.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the team to provide support and technical assistance to in the preparation of advice, implementation of advice and ongoing assistance with managing clients
  • Accountable for delivery of consistent, compliant and standardised SFG operational processes
  • Collaborative with the  Head of Shadforth in delivery of the State’s annual budgets, pledges and targets
  • Monitor and Manage team workflows
  • Train and mentor team
  • Identify and implement improvements to processes
  • Lead and proactively get involved in projects
  • Recruit new Talent
  • Manage the training and development program of team

 

What you will bring: 

  • Solid leadership experience in financial planning
  • Strong Technical knowledge in financial planning
  • Ability to drive a high performing culture
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management governing financial planning
  • Degree in finance, business or management
  • RG146 Compliant preferred
