The role of a Relationship Training Manager is to represent the Advisory Solutions division in all aspects of the financial services industry in a professional manner in line with individual and broader corporate objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attract, retain, and convert new business opportunities into Insignia Financial across all platform solutions, achieving agreed budgets and targets
  • Maintain and develop a strong relationship with existing advisory practices and AFSLs, driving retention and growth
  • Influence advisers to recommend the appropriate solution to their clients, and grow sales through an increase in planner brand satisfaction
  • Increase share of wallet, through the delivery of Insignia insights by face to face and group forums
  • Showcase technology and platform solutions into advice practices
  • Demonstrate Insignia solutions that complement the practices value proposition to clients
  • Actively contribute to a positive sales culture within the national team and sharing best practices amongst the colleagues
  • Increase Insignia’s profile within your adviser panel
  • Sales planning and service proposition for productive and effective panel management including business planning and 90-day plans
  • Educate and implement sales initiatives, whether “one-on-one” or “one-to-many” with a minimum activity level

 

What you will bring:

  • DFP Qualified and RG146 Compliant
  • Demonstrated adviser relationship experience with a proven sales track record and relationship management success
  • Ability to influence and implement initiatives to convert new business opportunities
  • Detailed product knowledge with excellent understanding of adviser needs, the financial planning industry, and our group positioning
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Broad understanding of investments structures and how they are positioned in the adviser marketplace, including competitors and how they relate to Insignia
  • Desire and motivation to succeed, including ability to adapt to changing conditions
  • Ability to be persuasive through selling and presenting
  • In depth knowledge of industry trends, particularly those relating to administration platforms and the financial planning industry
  • Willingness to create an open and co-operative business environment and contribute to the overall success of the business development team
