We’re looking for a Systems Support Analyst to join our collaborative, hands-on team that’s all about solving problems and keeping things running smoothly. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew who share knowledge, back each other up, and genuinely enjoy what they do.
In this role, you’ll provide Level 1 and 2 support for logins, password resets, new starters, and a broad range of technical duties. You’ll deliver timely, client-first hardware and software support across the business, working closely with the Service Desk, remote support, and tech hub teams. You’ll also manage escalations, test and implement software, and help improve processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 support for logins, password resets, new starters, and a range of technical duties
- Deliver timely, client-first hardware and software support across the business
- Work closely with the Service Desk, remote support, and tech hub teams
- Manage escalation and resolution of helpdesk calls with internal tech specialists and external vendors
- Test, review, and help implement software and process improvements
What you will bring
- Proven experience in a Service Desk or enterprise IT support role
- Excellent communication and customer-first approach
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, SCCM, and remote support tools
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and backup systems
- Team player mindset – collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on
