The opportunity to join our team

To lead business analysis capability to the NAB Asset Servicing (NAS) Exit program, which will transition approximately $90bn from NAS to the new custodian. This role supports the essential exit from NAS, ensuring business continuity for custodian services, meeting regulatory requirements and continuity of operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the business and the exiting and incoming custodian to understand, elicit, analyse, document, and communicate business requirements, with a strong focus on business continuity.
  • Assists the business and incoming custodian to identify gaps in:
    • Systems
    • Processes
    • Data & Reporting
    • Other delta gaps between custodians
  • Translating incoming custodian services (data, interfaces, reporting) to internal epics and user stories for downstream Insignia Financial LTD (IFL) systems and user consumption; complete with acceptance criteria that can be understood by the development teams. 
  • Conducts planning and estimation to ensure deliverables are timely and aligned with the Delivery Plan
  • Co-ordinates communications and workshops between IFL and custodians
  • Identifies and ensures risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies are appropriately captured and managed.  

 

What you will bring

  • Strong understanding of Fund Administration with a focus on unit pricing, tax and accounting concepts.
  • Experience in organisational transitions (mergers, migrations etc)
  • Experience working with complex systems and data architecture.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, taking initiative and ownership of issues.
  • Experience in a complex project environment with multiple internal/external dependencies
