The opportunity

As a Client Relationship Manager with Shadforth, you will be responsible for preparing information, meeting packs, updating records and facilitating the implementation of financial advice that our advisors recommend to our clients. This role also looks after managing, scheduling and confirming client meetings, preparing and reviewing documents and providing support to clients while answering day to day queries.

 

As you grow into the role, we’d love you to share any thoughts and ideas around creating efficiencies within the team as you build and maintain a solid understanding of products and process across Shadforth and Insignia Financial, including the use of Xplan. What we are looking for in a successful candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, and in many cases be the first point of contact
  • Develop long-term rapport with your aligned clients and where appropriate, attend client meetings
  • Provide the highest quality pro-active support to clients, Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager
  • Perform administration functions including, but not limited to, XPLAN data management, preparation of client reports, as well as required paperwork and the subsequent management of implementation
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence
  • Adhere to our internal client and advice procedures
  • Assist our Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projects
  • Ad-hoc reception coverage, when needed
