Technical Business Analyst

Customer Technology

This is an opportunity to work across high impact digital initiatives where you’ll play an active role in shaping outcomes. You’ll have genuine influence on customer experience, personalisation, and marketing capability, while working closely with engineering teams in a hands-on, embedded way. You’ll also be part of a team that’s actively evolving how we deliver customer technology, giving you the chance to contribute to meaningful change.

The opportunity to join our team

We’re looking for a Technical Business Analyst who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technology, and genuinely enjoys working across both.

This role sits within our Customer Technology team, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to shape and deliver digital experiences that are smarter, more personalised, and deliver real value to our clients.

If you’re someone who can take complex or evolving business challenges, cut through the noise, and translate them into clear, structured solutions, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in discovery, gather requirements through workshops, stakeholder engagement, and deep dives into business problems
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Engineering squads to design and deliver solutions
  • Use data and insights to validate requirements and support decision making
  • Support agile delivery ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, etc.) with well-defined inputs
  • Act as the go-to for requirement clarity across business and tech stakeholders
  • Embed a customer-first mindset, ensuring solutions enhance digital experience and personalisation

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital, martech, or enterprise technology environments
  • Strong capability in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and writing clean user stories
  • Ability to translate technical detail into clear business value (and vice versa)
  • Confident stakeholder management - you can challenge, influence, and align
  • Experience working in Agile environments (bonus points if you’ve worked closely with engineering teams)
  • A strong mindset of curiosity

Nice to have (but not a dealbreaker):

  • Exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Target, Analytics, RT-CDP) or similar platforms
  • Understanding of cloud environments (AWS / GCP) and data integration pipelines
  • Familiarity with martech ecosystems or digital customer platforms
