We’re on the lookout for two Senior Performance & Reward Partner to join our high-performing People & Culture team. In this strategic role, you’ll lead the delivery of our remuneration, performance, and benefits programs, ensuring they’re aligned to business goals, market benchmarks, and designed to engage and retain top talent.

 

This role isn’t just about numbers, it’s about shaping a high-performance culture, enabling great leadership through reward education, and partnering with business leaders to make meaningful, data-led decisions that truly move the dial.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of our total remuneration and performance strategies
  • Drive the annual remuneration review and performance cycle, ensuring fairness, equity, compliance and alignment to our strategic direction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting internal and external hiring decisions, role assessments and reward frameworks
  • Design and deliver education programs to build leader capability in all things reward and performance
  • Review and optimise existing processes to create simplified, efficient and people-first experiences
  • Support projects and initiatives across the broader people portfolio as a hands-on, solutions-focused partner

 

What you’ll bring:

  • HR or business-related degree (highly regarded)
  • Extensive experience in performance, reward, or total remuneration roles
  • Deep knowledge of reward and benefits strategy, trends, governance and regulatory frameworks, knowledge of CPS511 preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and market intelligence to inform decisions
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confident navigating HRIS and performance/reward platforms
  • Thrives in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Can balance strategic thinking with rolling up your sleeves when needed
  • Builds credibility quickly and communicates clearly and effectively
  • Works independently, manages competing priorities, and delivers with precision
