The opportunity to join our team
As a Senior Analyst, Wrap Custody, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely and compliant processing of custody functions across our Wrap platform. You will be responsible for end-to-end processing activities including income, trades, corporate actions, reconciliations and entitlements, ensuring all outcomes align with regulatory obligations and service level agreements. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will investigate and resolve complex queries, manage exceptions and support key reporting deliverables. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen controls, enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients and members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and timely processing and quality checking of income, trades, corporate actions, entitlements and reconciliations within SLAs
- Investigate and resolve complex queries, managing exceptions and stakeholder expectations
- Support regulatory and reporting obligations, including IDPS tax statements, ensuring audit-ready documentation and accuracy
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, embedding effective controls across custody processes
- Coordinate BAU and peak-period workflows to balance quality and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Tech and Data to streamline and automate processes
- Ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture through knowledge sharing and mentoring
What you will bring:
- Extensive experience in Wrap custody operations, including income, trades, corporate actions transfers and tax profiling
- Advanced analytical and reconciliation skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues
- Strong Excel capability and confidence working with large data sets
- A continuous improvement mindset with experience enhancing processes and controls
- High attention to detail in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Strong prioritisation skills to manage competing demands effectively
