An exciting  opportunity is available for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our Corporate Growth team.

In this role, you will help drive the effectiveness, productivity and impact of a specialised institutional sales team operating across complex, high-value opportunities.

You will design and deliver programs, tools, content and insights that enable our Business Development Managers to engage effectively with clients, progress opportunities and support sustainable growth.

Acting as a strategic partner to sales leadership, you will align sales strategy, capability development and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an integrated sales enablement strategy aligned with business goals and customer strategy
  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for new team members, together with ongoing learning and capability development
  • Develop high-impact sales collateral, playbooks, pitch decks, proposal materials and templates that support consistent client messaging
  • Coordinate and complete RFP responses in partnership with Business Development Managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with sales leadership to improve opportunity management, account planning and pipeline processes
  • Support the adoption of sales best practices and consistent CRM standards, including Salesforce
  • Develop sales performance reporting and translate data into actionable insights and improvement opportunities
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Product, Compliance and Client Service teams to strengthen client engagement
  • Provide coaching, feedback and deal support to Business Development Managers
  • Engage directly with prospects and consultants, where required, to help develop capability and advance opportunities

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in sales enablement, sales operations or B2B sales management
  • An understanding of complex, consultative B2B sales environments, ideally involving high-value and low-volume opportunities
  • Experience developing structured sales enablement programs, tools and materials
  • A strong commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to develop meaningful reporting and actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across different business areas
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong coaching, facilitation and presentation capabilities
  • The ability to develop clear, client-focused sales content and translate complex information into practical tools
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset
  • Financial services, wealth management or institutional B2B experience will be highly regarded
