Project Manager - Scaled Digital Advice

• Help make financial advice more accessible and affordable for everyday Australians
• Lead delivery of a digital advice platform within a major transformation program
• Work with autonomy in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment

This is an 18-month contract opportunity to play a key role in changing how financial advice is delivered. You’ll help bring to life a digital advice platform designed to make advice more accessible, scalable and affordable for members.

In this role you’ll be part of a broader transformation focused on improving retirement outcomes, but with ownership of a more self-contained stream. This gives you the space to lead end-to-end delivery while still contributing to a larger, purpose-driven program.

The environment is fast-moving and collaborative, with a strong focus on delivery. You will be trusted to take ownership, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes with minimal oversight.

The opportunity to join our team
You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of the scaled digital advice stream, managing evolving requirements, vendor engagement and implementation of a new platform capability from planning through to execution.

• Lead delivery of a digital advice platform within a broader transformation program
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones and delivery activities
• Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies
• Manage stakeholders across business, delivery and leadership teams
• Support vendor selection and manage delivery through an evolving vendor landscape
• Oversee related service and operational uplift, including call centre capability where required
• Maintain governance, reporting, RAID registers and decision tracking
• Provide clear, structured updates to support transparency and alignment
  
  

What You Bring to This Role

You’re a strong, delivery-first Project Manager who can navigate ambiguity, manage stakeholders effectively, and keep momentum in a changing environment.

• Proven experience delivering projects in complex or fast-paced environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and evolving requirements
• Experience with project governance, reporting and delivery controls
• Strong problem-solving capability and ability to drive outcomes
• Comfortable working within an established PMO framework with a focus on execution
• Experience in financial services or advice platforms is beneficial but not essential
• A strong core Project Manager with the ability to pick up domain knowledge quickly is key
