Are you looking for a role where your work directly improves outcomes for real people? This is an 18-month project opportunity to help simplify a complex part of life for many Australians by making superannuation easier to understand, access and engage with.
You’ll join a large-scale, multi-stream transformation focused on improving retirement outcomes. Within this, you will lead the digital member journey stream, shaping how members interact with and experience their retirement products. It is complex, interconnected work, but also highly visible and genuinely meaningful. You’ll be trusted to run your stream, work closely with stakeholders, and keep delivery moving in a fast-paced environment.
The opportunity to join our team
This is a delivery-focused role where you will own a critical digital stream within a broader program. You will work closely with business analysts, stakeholders and vendors to ensure delivery stays on track, dependencies are managed, and outcomes are achieved.
In this role, you will lead delivery across a complex, highly interconnected stream, ensuring clarity, momentum and alignment across the program:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of the digital member journey stream
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones and dependencies
- Monitor progress and proactively address risks, issues and delivery constraints
- Manage interdependencies across other program streams to maintain alignment
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to drive clarity of requirements and execution
- Maintain governance artefacts including status reporting, RAID logs and decision tracking
- Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders and senior leaders
- Partner with vendors, including key delivery partners, to ensure outcomes are delivered
What You Bring to This Role
You’re a delivery-focused Project Manager who thrives in complex environments and knows how to keep things moving. You build strong relationships, stay on top of the detail, and bring structure to ambiguity.
- Experience in superannuation is essential
- Proven experience delivering projects in complex, multi-stream environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align across business and delivery teams
- Experience managing project plans, governance, reporting and delivery controls
- Ability to identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies effectively
- Strong communication skills across a range of audiences
- Comfortable working within established PMO frameworks with a focus on delivery
- Exposure to member-facing digital or benefits-led initiatives is beneficial
