The opportunity to join our team 

Great opportunity to join our Wrap space during a period of growth. We are currently looking for a Product Analyst to work alongside the Product Managers to ensure the Wrap products remain competitive, compliant and aligned to strategic product positioning. This is a 12 month max term contract until October 2026.   

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Providing product management support and specialist assistance in driving product enhancements and change
  • Working alongside Product Managers to monitor and ensure products operate in accordance with IFL product governance requirements and standards
  • Assisting Product Managers to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and compliance, and managing any incidents should they arise
  • Acting as SME to identify opportunities to improve product offerings and support customer retention
  • Providing general support to other business areas across Wrap, including developing communications, contributing to or leading projects, and creating appropriate training material
  • Working with Product Managers to ensure cross-product consistency (e.g., forms, business rules and procedures)
  • Managing product team mailboxes, responding to enquiries, escalations, and complaints
  • Managing maintenance of product collateral, including forms, guides, and platform investment menus.
  • Collecting and analysing data on product matters and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner. 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience in Financial Service Industry preferably with superannuation and investments
  • Knowledge of competitors and industry trends
  • Understanding of our regulatory environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A commitment to delivering excellence in client and member outcomes aligned to improving the financial futures of Australians
  • Proactive approach in managing deadlines and seeking ways to add value
  • Advanced Excel
