We're looking for someone with energy, curiosity and strong relationship-building skills. You'll work closely with teams across Advice & Customer and the broader business, helping them navigate privacy considerations and find practical ways to deliver great customer outcomes while managing privacy risk.

If you're someone who loves building relationships, navigating complexity and helping businesses make smart decisions while protecting customer information, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with stakeholders early in the lifecycle of projects, campaigns and business changes to identify privacy risks and opportunities
  • Support privacy awareness, education and capability uplift across the business

  • Support privacy incident and breach management, including triage, investigation support, remediation and notifications
  • Contribute to privacy governance, frameworks, standards and continuous improvement activities
  • Monitor privacy controls, identify trends and emerging risks, and contribute to risk reporting and remediation activities

  • Knowledge of privacy legislation and privacy risk management principles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
