The opportunity to join our team
As the Manager – Contributions and Adviser Services, you will lead two operational teams delivering accurate, efficient and compliant administration across Contributions, Adviser Administration, Adviser Onboarding and ATO Reporting within our Wrap Platforms business. You will oversee daily operations, workflow management and high-volume processing, ensuring service levels and regulatory obligations are consistently met while supporting strong client and adviser experiences.
This role sits within a recently transitioned environment, where you will play a key role in stabilising, uplifting and embedding consistency across processes and ways of working. This is a highly people-focused leadership role requiring strong direction and clear accountability to support continued growth in performance and capability. Your ability to influence, challenge when needed and bring clarity will be critical to success, alongside a strong focus on continuous improvement and automation to help shape a more efficient, scalable operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team delivering accurate, timely and compliant administration services
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support and implement business change in partnership with key stakeholders
- Manage team performance to achieve SLAs, quality standards and compliance requirements
- Identify, manage, and resolve operational risks, incidents and control issues
- Use data and insights to improve performance and client outcomes
- Develop team capability through coaching, succession planning and performance management
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the team in key initiatives
- Prioritise competing demands to deliver high-quality business outcomes
What you will bring:
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in financial services or operations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- A track record of driving process improvement and operational excellence
- Excellent decision-making and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Experience managing operational risks, incidents, and business impacts
- Knowledge of Wrap products and administration systems, or the ability to learn quickly
- RG146, Diploma of Financial Planning or relevant tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded
