The opportunity to join our team

We're looking for an experienced and strategic workplace professional to lead the management of Insignia Financial's national property portfolio while shaping the future of our workplace experience.

 

In this role, you'll oversee property leasing, office refurbishments, relocations and workplace design, ensuring our offices are fit-for-purpose, support hybrid ways of working and deliver an exceptional employee experience. You'll work closely with senior leaders, Workplace Services teams and external partners to develop and implement workplace strategies that align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency and enhance employee wellbeing. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how our people work by creating innovative, future-ready workplace environments across our national footprint.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Insignia Financial's national property portfolio and lease agreements
  • Coordinate office refurbishments and fit outs within budget and with minimal business disruption
  • Support the development, change process and relocation of the new Melbourne flagship location
  • Develop and implement a property strategy that supports Advice and Customer requirements, employee engagement and evolving business needs
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workplace requirements and translate business needs into effective property and workplace solutions
  • Support the Management external vendors, contractors and service providers
  • Identify opportunities to improve workplace services
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in workplace strategy, property or facilities management
  • Proven experience managing office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations and corporate property portfolios
  • Strong commercial and vendor management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for workplace innovation and continuous improvement
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent industry experience
