The opportunity to join our team 

Great opportunity to work within Shadforth Financial Group to provide operational and administrative assistance to the Head of Shadforth and Leadership Team.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in the day to day running of the Shadforth team in Victoria
  • End to end diary management and travel coordination
  • Processing accounts payable
  • Onboarding new staff including internal and external platforms
  • Staff events and workshops
  • Assist in planning and organising client events, venue hire, catering etc
  • Assist with PWA Regular Progress Reports
  • Agendas and presentations for meetings.
  • Arrange presenters for training sessions (PD), book staff in for external training
  • Manage attendance registers, feedback forms, CPD points accreditation
  • Processing corporate credit card expenses for Head of Shadforth in Concur

 

What you will bring: 

  • Hands on experience in a business support or executive assistant role within Financial Advice, Superannuation or Financial Services
  • Thrive in a busy fast paced environment
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Flexibility and desire to learn new skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional communication skills and maintain high discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to build relationships quickly
