The opportunity to join our team 

As Digital Publishing Manager, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end digital publishing process across multiple Group websites and Mobile Applications. Working closely with content creators, designers, developers and key business stakeholders, you’ll ensure our digital content is delivered on time, on brand, and optimised for user experience. 

This position will suit an organised, detail‑oriented digital publishing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You love refining processes, lifting content quality, and enabling teams to deliver brilliant digital experiences. 

This is a high‑impact role where your work directly supports internal teams and contributes to delivering a seamless, client‑focused digital experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the end‑to‑end publishing of digital content across Group websites and apps. 
  • Ensure accuracy, brand alignment, compliance and SEO best practice for all published content. 
  • Partner with content teams, designers, and technology teams to maintain smooth workflows. 
  • Optimise content for accessibility, usability, and performance. 
  • Refine publishing processes to drive consistency and efficiency. 
  • Monitor digital content performance, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance engagement. 
  • Collaborate with platform vendors and internal tech teams to support CMS functionality. 
  • Stay across emerging digital publishing technologies, tools, and best practices. 

 

What you will bring: 

  • Experience in digital content publishing and CMS management (AEM experience is a bonus) 
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, web accessibility standards, and digital governance 
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with ease 
  • A meticulous eye for accuracy and content consistency 
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑management skills
