Great opportunity to support the General Manager Sales and Adviser Success, and the General Manager Operations, Adviser and Client Services within Wrap with a range of co-ordination and business support tasks. This role will suit a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced everchanging environment

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end diary management
- Booking and scheduling travel, including coordination of approvals and preparation of itineraries
- Processing of expense claims for payment, adhering to expenses policies and procedures
- Management of various team events (e.g. team offsites / webinars etc)
- Preparation of various PowerPoint packs and documents as requested
- Organisation of team meetings and offsites, including booking rooms and locations, catering, and helping support preparation of agenda and speakers
- Maintenance, preparation and filing of documentation
- Assisting with special project as appropriate
- Assisting the Wrap Leadership Team with ad hoc queries
What you will bring:
- Strong relationship and communication skills with a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
- Team player with excellent time and project management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy with strong skills in Office Suite
- Strong personal integrity, determination, and resilience
- Enthusiastic, passionate about adding value and making a difference
- Background in business support for senior leaders preferred but not essential
