We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Manager to partner closely with our Chief Financial Officer and play a key role in supporting the Finance leadership team.

 

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the centre of Finance, working across governance, communications, strategic initiatives and leadership coordination while engaging with senior stakeholders across the business.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering closely with the CFO to provide high-level business and administrative support including presentations, correspondence and analysis
  • Owning and coordinating all Finance board and governance activities, including preparation of the CFO Report and submissions to Boards and Committees
  • Leading and enabling delivery of key projects aligned to the Finance strategy and long-term vision
  • Acting as a key liaison for the CFO, connecting with senior leaders, external partners and consultants
  • Coordinating the Finance Leadership Team – including agendas, meetings, offsites and follow-ups
  • Driving Finance-wide initiatives such as Town Halls, leadership events and engagement activities
  • Overseeing internal communications across Finance to ensure clear and effective messaging
  • Managing Finance training and engagement budgets and supporting capability initiatives
  • Providing additional support to the Finance team during peak delivery periods

 

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in complex or large organisations
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a high level of discretion
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgement in fast-paced environments
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Confidence engaging with senior leaders and Board-level stakeholders
  • Experience delivering initiatives or programs across multiple teams
  • Familiarity with AI, automation or digital tools to improve efficiency and delivery
